Where do we start. The exploits of our Neighbour given to a Screenwriter would make a Hit Sit Com. Fine to watch, BUT Not funny when you have to live with it day in and day out. When you worry about going out or coming home, because you don't know what you will find.

When Estate agents have advised the Thousands of Pound our property has lost in value because of the eyesore next door.

Note the Digger in the Ditch or Footings for the garage is is meant to be building, is the one he got himself trapped under. It took 2 Fire Engines, 1 Ambulance, 1 Paramedic fast response car and 1 Police car to get him out. He was fine and back on the digger the following day.

Yes his destructive and Anti social habits are not just restricted to our street. This project is the one he started several years ago.
